Pale straw yellow in color with a persistent perlage. The nose is fruity, with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant. Perfect as an aperitif and pairs well with fish-based appetizers.

Vinification: Soft pressing, with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave at a controlled temperature.
